Peace be upon us all,
Honorable and esteemed guests,
Today, we gather here for a momentous occasion—the Inauguration of the President and Vice President of the Republic of Indonesia. I am grateful for the presence of distinguished guests, including heads of state and government, who have taken the time to join us on this important day.
I extend my gratitude to all the heads of government, heads of state, and representatives of friendly nations who are present here today. Your presence honors the people and nation of Indonesia, and for that, we are thankful.
I would like to acknowledge and honor the distinguished guests who have graced us with their presence, including His Majesty the Sultan of Brunei Darussalam, Paduka Sri Baginda Sultan Hassanal Bolkiah Mu’izzaddin Waddaulah, and many others who have traveled from afar to be here with us today.
Today, Brother Gibran Rakabuming Raka and I have taken an oath to uphold our constitution, implement all laws and regulations, and serve our country and nation to the best of our ability. We will lead the government of Indonesia with sincerity, prioritizing the interests of all Indonesians.
As we face challenges, obstacles, and threats in the dynamic world, we must be a brave nation, unafraid of the challenges that lie ahead. Our history is a testament to our strength and resilience, and we must confront the future with optimism and determination.
Let us work together to build a better future for our nation and people. May Almighty God bless Indonesia and guide us in our endeavors.
